League rules
- All games must be played on the HGL Season 2 map. If you do not have this map, you can click here to download it.
- All games must be reported within 6 hours after they end. All replays will be invalid once this threshold is met! This is a part of the system, and will only be bypassed under special circumstances.
- All games must last 60 seconds or longer. All replays will be invalid if they don't last at least 60 seconds!
- You can't leave a game because of your race (or for any other illogical reason).
- If your opponent pauses the game, you must wait at least 5 minutes before unpausing the game yourself.
- You must play on the same Battle.net account that you registered on the site with. If this is not the case, you can always change it by clicking here. There is a 24 hour wait period before your Battle.net name will be changed. However, you can still report games on the other Battle.net account if you wish.
- You must be using PenguinPlug or BWLauncher for every game.
- Cheating will not be tolerated.

Reporting a game
-
Once you're logged in, find the "Report game" tab on the top menu. If you see it, skip the rest of this step and move onto step 2.
If you don't see this tab, you are most likely not signed up for the current season. A message should be displayed at the top of the page below the menus giving you a link to click to sign up for the current season. Click it, and a new message should show up. Refresh the page and you will now see the "Report game" tab.
- Once you're on the "Report game" page, click the proper tab for the type of game you're reporting (1v1 or 2v2).
-
Fill in the proper form for whichever game type you're reporting. When asked for a password, this is simply the password you use to login to this site. This prevents other people who use your computer, but don't know your password, from reporting games.
Reporting a 1v1 game: You will have to select your opponent from the player list. Please make sure before playing your opponent that they have the same Battle.net account in-game as they have registered with this website.
Reporting a 2v2 game: You will have to select your team mate from the player list. Please make sure before playing with your team mate AND opponents that they all have the same Battle.net account in-game as they have registered with this website.
- Finally, browse and select the winning replay that you recorded during game play.

Creating a team
- Once you're logged in, find the "Teams" tab on the top menu.
- Once you're on the "Teams" page, there will be a "Create team" tab and a "Browse team" tab. If you're already on a team, the "Create team" tab will be replaced with "My team" -- you must leave or disband this team before you can create another. If you aren't on the "Create team" tab already, switch to it.
- Fill in your team's name and team's abbreviation. Your team name is the full name of your team (eg. "Hurricane Gaming"), while your team's abbreviation will be the "tag" for the team (eg. "HGL(").
-
Joining a team
- Once you're logged in, find the "Teams" tab on the top menu.
- Once you're on the "Teams" page, if you are not already on a team, you will be automatically browsing all current teams. If you are on a team already, you must leave it before you can join another team.
- Browse the teams and find whichever one you would like to join. There is a "Request invite" link next to each team's listing. Once you request to join one team, all past open requests will be void.
- After requesting an invite, the most you can do is contact the leader of that team and let them know that you want to join.
